What are your fitness goals? Some people exercise to improve health, strength, flexilbity and stamina. However, exercise can also positively impact other aspects of your life. Studies have shown that exercise can perk up your mood, increase energy levels, improve concentration, rejuvenate your libido, boost your confidence, and enhance longevitiy. At Zest for Life Fitness our Personal Trainer will help you get the most you can out of your fitness program.

Initial Fitness Consultation - 60 minutes (£50)

Your Personal Trainer will review your health and fitness history. Your current fitness level and flexilbility will be assessed and your anthropometrics and body fat percentage will be analyzed. After assessing your current fitness level your Personal Trainer will help you set your short and long term fitness goals and will come up with a personalised fitness plan to help you reach your goals. Your Personal Trainer will come to your home for your initial assessment and all subsequent fitness sessions.

Fitness Sessions – 50 minutes (£40)

Your Personal Trainer will assist you in implementing your personalized fitness plan using a combination of cardiovascular exercise and weight resistance training. Your trainer will make sure that you stay motivated and get the most out of your workouts. You can book one session at a time or receive a discount when booking blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.
